Meera Kumar is a singer and guitar player who has been performing for several years in the Ann Arbor, Michigan area. She has also been a crucial part of Know Obstacles Band (led by Steve Osburn, a veteran guitar and Chapman Stick player in Ann Arbor), where she sings both lead and backing vocals and plays guitar. She loves singing pop songs, including tunes by Linda Ronstadt, Roxy Music, and the Beatles.

I had her voice in mind for the chorus sections of "Sun Child," so I approached her again for this video project. It ended up being another success! She not only sings beautifully, but also appears like a sacred saint—mourning with sadness for the world lost in darkness. Thank you, Meera!
