Group Dance Performance by Children with Special Needs | Cultural Programme

Inspiring Through Spectrum: Every Child’s Talent Matters.

On the occasion of Autism Awareness, Holy Heart Special School (A unit of: Sneh Social Welfare Foundation) organized Cultural Programme for the children with special needs.

The event held on April 20th, 2024, at the National Institute of Social Defence (Sector 10, Dwarka, New Delhi), was a heartfelt endeavor to provide children with special needs a platform to showcase their abilities & creativity. Through cultural programs, these children were given the opportunity to express themselves & share their talents with the community. The event aimed to promote inclusivity & highlight the unique strengths of each participant, fostering a sense of acceptance and appreciation for individuals with special needs.

Event was started with Lighting the lamp.

We invited 12 schools to be a part of this event. This event was classified into following categories: Solo Dance | Solo Singing | Group Dance. In all Category we selected top 3 winners they were prized with 1st winner trophy, 2nd winner trophy And 3rd winner trophy.

A special thanks to our Chief Guests, Mr. Rahul Aggarwal Sir (Deputy Director | Department of Social Welfare), Dr. Praveen Suman (Senior Consultant Development & Behavioral Pediatrics) & our Judges, Ms. Monica Dinesh & Mr. Rakesh Kumar

Best Overall Performance honored with trophy. All the students were prized with medals and certificates. Lunch was distributed to all.

Holy Heart Special School is a Centre of service to the children with special needs. It has been established for serving children with special needs under the aegis of Sneh Social Welfare Foundation.

Holy Heart Special School is fully equipped with the school session , providing special education , therapies , multiple skill training to all kind of children with behavior problems & multiple disability like autism , MR , cerebral palsy , ADHD , slow learners , Down syndrome , etc. our motto is “ being together for growing together” without any distraction of religion , caste and color. We provide Hostel Facility for special needs children.
