WELCOME TO A REALISTIC WEEKEND IN MY LIFE AS A FRESHMAN AT SAN DIEGO STATE UNIVERSITY!!

this video is different than my usual content and thats the point!! I want to show you guys that you can have a social life and still reach your fitness goals. Its all about a balance! Im not always "perfect", getting my 8 hours of sleep, hitting every workout and doing my skin care HAHA! im a freshman in college who values having a social life while also doing the things that make me feel my best! its so easy to make excuses as to why you can't reach your goals or to fall into a trap of having NO BALANCE! (in my opinion) you only live once, so LIVE, but also live a life that you are proud of with intention and direction. so yes, i party and stay out late, but i also plan for it in advance, move my body daily, and do what I can to continue feeling my best even when im not always doing whats "best" for me ;)
