The Transpennine Route Upgrade (TRU) is bringing eye-catching changes to Ravensthorpe, near Dewsbury, in West Yorkshire. This video looks at the spans put in place for the new Baker Viaduct across the River Calder and the Calder and Hebble Navigation canal. Nearby, a new flyover grade separated junction is being built, while Ravensthorpe Railway Station is being relocated 200 metres to the west. #train #railway #railwaystation #transpennineexpress #engineering #trainspotting #construction #viaduct #publictransport #yorkshire
