Route 55 from Stoke on Trent to Congleton follows the route of the disused Biddulph valley line. This pretty route makes it way up the valley through the pretty north Staffordshire and East Cheshire countryside. On the way we pass the Chatterly Whitfield Colliery site, The Macclesfield Canal and the west coast mainline between Stoke and Manchester crossing the gorgeous Congleton Viaduct. We finish at Brunswick Wharf.
