Raised in Philadelphia, Joe had little choice but to root for the Phillies. But in 2008, when the Phillies won their first World Series in nearly 30 years, Joe was stationed overseas. Upon his retirement from the military, Joe knew he never wanted to miss a moment like that again. This pushed him into the hobby, collecting Topps Now cards since their inception in 2016.
