Super Soft and Fluffy Chocolate Cupcake Easy Recipe | 巧克力杯子蛋糕

⭐Ingredients
• Cake Flour 65g
• Cocoa Powder 15g
• Corn Oil 50ml
• Milk 50ml
• Eggs 4
• Sugar 70g

⭐Instructions
1️⃣. 0:14 - Mix together cake flour, cocoa powder in a mixing bowl.
2️⃣. 0:52 - Separate egg yolks from egg whites. We need 4 large eggs.
3️⃣. 1:18 - Add egg yolks, corn oil, and milk into the mixing bowl using a low speed until combined.
4️⃣. 2:10 - Beat egg whites until it becomes firm peaks. Add 3 times sugar during the beating.
5️⃣. 2:47 - Mix some egg withes with batter int the mixing bowl, then mix the mixture with the remaining egg whites
6️⃣. 4:16 - Fill each cupcake 2/3 full.
7️⃣. 4:41 - Preheat oven and bake at 120°C/250°F for 25 minutes, and then bake at 140°C/ 285°F for 20 minutes.
Notice:
There is a difference in the performance and function of the home oven. You can open the oven door and observe it in about time.

⭐製作原料
低筋麵粉 65克

預熱烤箱到120°C/250°F烤25分鐘,然後提高溫度到140°C/285°F再烤20分鐘。
