This is the 2nd of three 30min full-length workout videos to help you improve your strength, stability and mobility for triathlons. Whether you're a novice or an elite triathlete, these exercises will help complement your swim, bike and run training sessions.
PART 2: BIKE LEG
This is the full workout for the bike leg, showing 1 round of each exercise starting with legs, then moving into chest and core, then mobility. I suggest completing 3 rounds in total for your workout and do it once a week in the day before a swim session.
1. Physio Lunge - Body weight / Weights / Band Load
2. Squats - Kettlebells
3. Romanian Deadlift - Bar / Kettlebells / Band Load
4. Hip Thrust - Knee Band / Bar
5. Calf Raise - Single Leg off Step
6. Chest Press - Lateral Band
7. Push Up / Band
8. Paloff Press / Rotation
9. Hip Extension Single Leg
10. Pigeon
11. Hip Flexion ER
12. Hamstrings - Kneeling
13. QL
