Finally arrived at finishing the floor in the old bedroom after months of work on the walls. I rented the drum sander from Home Depot as well as the Edger sander. The floor was sanded to 120 grit and then stained with a "Natural" oil based stain. After stain, two coats of Bona Mega One were applied to finish.
