The location of this state-of-the-art project, Margalla Enclave Islamabad, being built in the central and hot location of Islamabad, is right in front of Park View City Islamabad. While Bahria Enclave is located on one side, Park Enclave Islamabad is located on the other side towards Park Road side, and Bani Gala is located on the back side of Margalla Enclave.

A 5 marla residential plot area has been designed on the lower side of Jinnah Avenue in Margalla Enclave Islamabad along the Gumrakas River, and a 10 marla residential plot area has been designed above the 5 marla, while 1 kanal residential plots have been designed on both sides of Jinnah Avenue. The taxes that are being applied on these plots include 3% advance tax on the buyer and seller. Apart from this, there is also a general sales tax which is 100Rs per sq. yard. And along with this, FED i.e. Federal Excise Duty has also been applied which is 3% in the case of the filer. So, due to so many taxes, transactions are not happening and the transfer process is not yet clear. According to my personal opinion, if you had applied in Margalla Enclave and your plot was not released and you are interested in getting a plot, then I advise you to wait for a few days and see the market situation and avoid the deal until you get the allocation letter or at least the intimation letter after paying 15% in Margalla Enclave.
