In this example we'll walk through one of the sections of tutorial 4-5 in which we join neighborhoods to crime offenses. We'll want to pay special attention to the merge rule we use, which if we do correctly, will give us both a count of crime offenses falling within our neighborhoods as well as the neighborhood's name.
