To be successful, national policies need to have a place-based approach
and consider the diversity of regional potential. What do the
regions need to fully unlock their potential with respect to e.g. targeted
support, shared risk-taking and bringing together public and private
players providing access to finance and skills and capacities?
How to enhance a longterm strategic foresight with strategic choices,
enabling policymakers to address ’what ifs’ instead of being
continuously confronted with ’what nows’? And what are the opportunities
for collaboration across Kvarken?
