• 1/2 onion, diced
• 3 garlic cloves
• 30 g unsalted butter
• 260 g fresh shrimp
• 1 1/2 cup (360 ml) heavy cream
• 2/3 cup (160 g) tomato sauce
• 1 tbsp granulated sugar
• 1/4 tsp crushed chili pepper
• 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
• 1 tsp salt
• 240 g spaghetti (or any other pasta you like)
m e a s u r i n g :
1 cup = 240 ml
1 tbsp = 15 ml
1 tsp = 5 ml
