Exploring the Incredible Anza Borrego Desert with Epic Family Road Trip

This video was originally filmed in 2021 as a multi part series and has been remastered in 4k into a full featured movie. On this trailrecon adventure Regena, my son and I meet up with our good friend from Canada the Epic Family Road Trip, along with our buddy’s Marco and Jason to set off on a multiday trip in Anza Borrego. The Epic Family has never been to the region and we wanted to show them some of the hidden gems within this incredible area. We’ll explore some fun and exciting trails, soak in the unique geology found here, venture out on foot for some very unique hikes, setup up a camp and relax at some of our favorite spot, and of course enjoy some delicious food. I’ll also share with you some behind the scenes of how the Epic Family Road Trip and I film our adventure videos along the way. While this adventure was one we’ll never forget, it wasn’t without a few challenges.
