Maybe you were growing spiritually, stepping into purpose, producing fruit—and then suddenly, the door closed, the opportunity dried up, or relationships shifted.

If so, you’re not being punished—you’re being pruned.

In John 15, Jesus paints a vivid picture of our relationship with Him:
•He is the True Vine
•We are the branches
•And God the Father is the Gardener—the Vinedresser
•And here’s what the Gardener does:

“Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit He takes away;
and every branch that bears fruit He prunes, that it may bear more fruit.”
— John 15:2

This reveals a kingdom principle:
•Fruitfulness invites pruning.
•God’s goal for your life is not just activity—it's abundance.
•Not just movement—but maturity.
And in His divine wisdom, the road to more fruit always goes through less comfort.
