This TLSQ according to the achievement menu, takes place in Year 2.
It seems the game made some improvements while I was inactive:
House-Pride Mechanics(1st place on losing teams still get the prize).
Attribute recommendations on specific tasks that actually match yours (I requested that it is by your year, but this is good enough, might contact them again).
I might not upload again this month, but I will make it up on December, where we have a month-long break. I will be trying to catch up to the current chapters(not just skip them like I did in Year 5). I really do hope nothing goes wrong here.
