What is the difference between axis of movement and planes of movement?

Axis of movement and planes of movement get mixed up all the time, in this video and blog you’ll learn the difference between planes and axes.

Axis and planes of movement are different, however, they certainly relate. This module of the “Body In Motion” will come up in your Level 3 Anatomy and Physiology exam.
