🧄 Homemade Hummus with 2 Cups Cooked Chickpeas
If you’re looking for a healthy, delicious, and quick appetizer, don’t miss this hummus!
With just a few simple ingredients, you can make a flavorful and nutritious dip.
✅ Ingredients:
• Cooked chickpeas: 2 cups
• Tahini: 4 tbsp
• Garlic: 2 cloves
• Fresh lemon juice: 3–4 tbsp
• Olive oil: 3 tbsp
• Cold water: 5 tbsp (I used about ½ cup to adjust the texture)
• Salt: ¾ tsp
• Cumin, paprika, parsley & whole chickpeas for garnish (optional)
🥣 Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
Adjust the consistency with cold water gradually 😊
Garnish with olive oil, paprika, and parsley.
