Spring break brings excitement to the Wellspring weight-loss students as they prepare to leave campus and visit their families. But for Ashley, the joy quickly fades when she learns her parents can’t afford for her to travel home, leaving her feeling isolated while everyone else reconnects with loved ones.

Meanwhile, Coach Nicole takes Carsyn, Tanisha and Hayley on a road trip across the East Coast to visit college campuses. The trip gives the girls a chance to imagine life after their time at Wellspring, explore potential universities, and think about how they’ll maintain their healthier lifestyles once they leave the structured environment of the weight-loss program.
