Interim Relief is an emergency interlocutory procedure available to Claimants who allege that they have been dismissed on a range of specific grounds and is designed to preserve as far as possible the status quo until the full Employment Tribunal hearing. Supported by recent case law James’ talk covers the following topics:

• The Hearing - what the Tribunal is required to consider
• Successful Applications - orders the Tribunal can make
