Big size expensive hilsa fish biryani style Khichdi/Khichori cooking for poor, disabled & old age people.
Different way Elish khichori/Hodgepodge cooking by 70+ years old 3 brothers Grandpa for poor people.
1.25+ KG size 6 pieces of expensive Hilsa fish bought from local Market. Then 3 brothers grandpa cutting the fish into small small pieces.
Then they added just salt & turmeric to fry in hot oil pot. After finish frying all the fish they make fish curry using some ingredient. All the ingredient name we added with the video as English subtitle.
After making curry they started cooking biriyani style hilsa fish hodgepodge. To do that that use sugar type polao rice and hodgepodge mashala.
After finish cooking hilsa hodgepodge 3 brothers grandpa eating together and make packet of food for poor people. After making all the packet they visit poor & physically challenged people house and give them loving food.
