Finding Inner Peace & Authentic Living | Reflections + Pottery + Fall Planting & Handmade Wardrobe

Hello and welcome (or welcome back) friends 🌾

We’ve entered deeper into autumn — the air is crisp, frost glistens on the windshield most mornings, and the fall colours are at their peak. This season always brings reflection for me, and today I’m sharing a story that has stayed with me since my yoga teacher training in 2009 — a story about singing off-key, walking your own path, and learning to live in alignment with your true self.

In this video I also share some cozy, slow living moments — fall planting with tulip, daffodil, and hyacinth bulbs, as well as my handmade wardrobe for the season. I’ll also talk about clothing colour palettes and offer a few gentle, healthy alternatives to traditional Halloween celebrations.
