54 year-old Englishman is living his dream in, Palolem, India. "Life's better here."

Today I talk with a British ex semi-professional bodybuilder named Dave who threw it all in while making good money in Kuwait for the simple life of Goa, India.

I visit Dave at Dragon Fitness which is the business he started in Goa three years ago, offering his wealth of experience to those looking to maintain a healthy lifestyle while staying in Palolem, or Goa.

Dave explains his reasons for moving across the other side of the world with his family and what it is about Goa he enjoys so much. He also explains some of the aspects of his business while also conveying the sense of freedom that comes with not being burdened with too much focus on material things.

Later I walk the fish market, and while buying some bananas I meet Babus who is a shop owner and have a brief chat about his family and business.

Then I bump into pretty who appeared in a previous video. Pretty owns a fish shop I walk past on my way home.

Finally I take you to a wonderful local restaurant where I eat one of the best value for money masala dosas I’ve ever had. He I chat with staff and meet an aeronautics engineer who tells me about his work.

It was a great day in Palolem. It’s great to be back!
