No egg, no butter, no milk | soft & fluffy bakery style MONAY
Ingredients:
4 cups bread flour or all purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp. Salt
2 and 1/4 tsp yeast
1 cup lukewarm water
Egg wash mixture:
1 tbsp milk
1 egg
Bake in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes 180 degrees Celsius.
