INGREDIENTES

1. Ganache de Chocolate Blanco a la Vainilla

⭐️ 350 g nata para montar / 35% m.g.
⭐️ 2 láminas gelatina o 3,5 g
⭐️ 90 g chocolate blanco
⭐️ 1 vaina de vainilla o 1 cdta esencia

2. Cookie

🍪 125 g mantequilla a temperatura ambiente
🍪 125 g azúcar
🍪 1 huevo
🍪 8 g azúcar vainilla / 1 sobre
🍪 225 g harina
🍪 3 pizcas levadura chimica
🍪 3 pizcas sal
🍪 150 g pepitas de chocolate

Ademas (opcional )

⭐️ granulos de almendras caramelizadas / frutos secos triturados etc
⭐️ virutas chocolate blanco

Aro de 20-22 centímetros ( yo utilizo el de 20).

⭐️ 350 g whipping cream / 35% m.g.
⭐️ 2 gelatin sheets or 3.5 g
⭐️ 90 g white chocolate
⭐️ 1 vanilla pod or 1 tsp essence

2.Cookie

🍪 125 g butter at room temperature
🍪 125 g sugar
🍪 1 egg
🍪 8 g vanilla sugar / 1 sachet
🍪 225 g flour
🍪 3 pinches chemical yeast
🍪 3 pinches salt
🍪 150 g chocolate chips

Also (optional)

⭐️ caramelized almond granules / crushed nuts etc.
⭐️ white chocolate chips

20-22 centimeter hoop (I use the 20).
