Bobber Build 1993 Honda Shadow VT600 - Part 12

Alright, things are getting really serious here! Time to start one of the biggest jobs of this bobber build. We will be tearing down this engine. First, we need to remove the crankcase covers and see how it is underneath these. This gives us access to the clutch, stator, and more. Then, we are opening up the rear cylinder part of the engine and removing everything including the piston. Quite a lot of parts to remove and keep track of. I have been relying a lot on the Honda service manual for this 93 VT600. It gives a lot of good information but not all and you still have to do the job yourself. ;-)

In the next video, we will continue the disassembly of the engine and take care of the front cylinder as well as other parts. Stay tuned!
