Nickelodeon HD Split Screen Credits Compilation (May 2-3, 2009)

Ah yes, the widely circulated encodes for Wishology's airings. It's probably the few ways to properly watch the specials in HD (outside of iTunes for example).

For the longest time, this is all we had of any encodes of Wishology Weekend, mainly the ones for the trilogy. As this was the early days of Nickelodeon's HD feed, problems cropped up when it came to the split screen credits. Most infamously, the logos being slowed out, as the audio played normally. Not to mention, the copyright information popping up during the Frederator logo (well, it couldn't catch up to the lightbulb logo in time, obviously). As I previously mentioned in the SD version of the compilation, the credits' background is a static image and that edited stock render of Timmy isn't found after the premiere of The Final Ending. At least it still promoted the other parts and the tie-in flash games.

Plus, the first two credits are taken from reruns of The Big Beginning and The Exciting Middle Part respectively, so The Final Ending was the only premiere recorded in this compilation. I have hazy memories of the SD feed's premieres, and for a time, I thought the slow logos error happened on that feed as well. No, I was wrong. As for why this compilation took so long to upload (as I had it finished in January 2024)... I just got fucking busy and mostly forgot it. Outside of learning about Wishology's production, this is all the stuff I have unearthed regarding this incoherent trilogy. I don't own any of the material shown, this is just for fun, archival purposes and the enjoyment of others.
