Roger’s unique ability to stack his attack stats up to 100% makes him an absolute menace once he gets going. To push him to his absolute limit, I’ve equipped him with a Max Attack Medal Set (70% + 300 ATK)—the highest possible attack boost you can achieve in One Piece Bounty Rush!
