The former OTK King versus the new bright shining OTK deck. Whose faster and stronger?

We are now preparing for the European Nationals at the end of the year with some new decks and old meta builds! Will the new hot stuff from BT-14: Blast Ace define a new Digimon TCG meta? We will find out!
We also accept suggestions for decks.
