Today we are gonna make my favorite bed fishing bait. The 3.8 inch Gilley by Hog Salad Bait Molds. This bait for me is a much better bed fishing bait because of the lifelike shape. Sometimes bass will grab the end of a worm and carry it away from the bed and never get the hook. They hit the bait different because it looks like a natural predator trying to get their eggs.
We are going to make a color that I like to use while fishing this bait on beds. A bright sunfish/bream color that I can also see and stands out to the fish as well.
