The Funicular station is situated at the corner of Ujezd and Lanova Draha. The Petřín funicular is a funicular railway in the Czech capital city of Prague. It links the Malá Strana district with the top of Petřín hill.
Opening hours: From 23 April 2022 in operation from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. in an interval of 15/10 minutes.
There is a large park and countless gardens on the Petřín slope, where you can discover various romantic corners or continue by walking to Prague castle.
A special fare applies for the funicular: 60 Kč per one ride. There are no discounted tickets. However, the following passengers may ride the funicular for free:
1) with a 24 hour or 72 hour ticket
2) with a long-term subscription ticket
3) who are eligible to travel for free on the rest of Prague’s public transport
