...but PresPro Homes is excited to announce that it is getting a new Corporate Headquarters!

We recently closed on this 14,000+ sqft abandoned Assisted Living facility and will be doing a MASSIVE renovation to make it the most-forward thinking and cutting-edge office space in NE Charlotte, Concord, and Cabarrus County.

We will be ripping the roof off of the building and adding a new 2nd floor with executive suites and a grand front entrance. The main corridor will be opened up with massive ceilings, skylights, and a ton of natural light. The interior will be upfit with glass wall conference rooms, training centers, co-work space and a coffee bar complete with outdoor space and courtyard seating.
