We drive to Washington for gears and air lockers

We desperately needed lower gears installed as we take our 2007 Ford Expedition off road on our photograph adventures regularly. A call to Carl owner of Nitro Gears in Cashmere Washington was all it took. He had the gears in stock and ordered the ARB air lockers for us. All parts were ready and waiting when we arrived. Our experience with his company was first class. Carl and his crew are super friendly and knowledgeable in every way.

After the gear install we can report that Aspen now is a treat to drive on the HWY, the RPM's are perfectly restored and the truck now has regained the power it had lost with the bigger tires and weight of the accessories that we added. Off-road Aspen really shines now with the 4:56 gear ratio. We can now just crawl over obstacles and when the going gets tough we just flick a switch and the air lockers come to the rescue. We highly recommend these upgrades to anyone who wants to turn a Ford Expedition into an off-road overlanding weapon. We are very impressed. The overall driving experience is 100% improved in every way.
