The 2022 Super Treasure Hunt set has premium vehicles with Spectraflame paint, Real Rider wheels, and a “TH” graphic. They are upgraded versions of cars within other series. The packaging will not reveal that a car is a Treasure Hunt.

99 Honda Civic Type R (EK9)
The Honda Civic is part of the 2022 Super Treasure Hunt set, 125/250 in the mainline set, and 5/5 in the HW Hatchbacks series. It is Spectraflame yellow enhaced with headlight and taillight details.

A Honda emblem decorates the hood and back. Also on the back are “TH”, the Hot Wheels logo, and “Civic Type R”. “RYU” is on the rear license plate.

Features include clear windows, a red interior, Real Rider wheels, and a black plastic Malaysia base.

This vehicle can be found in mix “F” of 2022 Hot Wheels mainline cases.

The ’99 Honda Civic Type R (EK9) made its debut in the 2021 HW J-Imports series. It is based upon the 3-door hatchback that was made exclusively for the Japanese domestic market.
