Yesterday we spent a cosy day at the cabin, drinking hot chocolate and creating our own version of monopoly. It was freezing! And it took us what felt like a while, to heat the lounge. But once it had warmed up, we settled in, and had a really lovely day.
Outside half the sky was bright blue, and everything was frosty and glazed over with white. It was beautiful and peaceful.
Anyway, here is a little video documenting a simple winters day with the kids at the cabin.
