MEN WHO LEAD: Can you provide?

I believe God will open up your eyes and ears to know what he wanted to say through me.
I know it harsh to hear, but God put it on my hear to Speak

I know, I don´t have a right to speak about this topic, cause I am a woman and I don´t know anything about what men should do. That what I thought, but you know when you are serving teh Lord of Lord, even if you feel not worthy to speak about it, the Lord said He is worthy to speak through my mouth. So, from the beginning I would like to say that I as a woman will never mentor a man!

If you as a man has a problem PLEASE don´t come to me for mentoring, cause I only take care of women, cause I am a woman. If you need a mentor PLEASE search it in a Male leader! AS It it written in the Bible Titus 2:3-5
3 Likewise, teach the older women to be reverent in the way they live, not to be slanderers or addicted to much wine, but to teach what is good.
4 Then they can urge the younger women to love their husbands and children,
5 to be self-controlled and pure, to be busy at home, to be kind, and to be subject to their husbands, so that no one will malign the word of God.
