19 May 2025 – Today was a 15-minute top roof strength workout focused on building powerful calisthenics foundation skills.
I performed a 120-second wall-assisted handstand hold in both front and back positions to improve balance, shoulder power, and body control. After that, I practiced wall walking handstands, increasing my strength and confidence.
I also added elevated pike push ups, an excellent exercise for building handstand pushup strength and clean upper-body form.
This was a full strength-building day with natural calisthenics at home.
