🇨🇳 Intestine Noodles?! Guang Dong's Best WELCOME (Chinese Street Food - Zhu Hai, China)

Zhu Hai - "The City of Romance," a big welcome for street food, for fun, for friendship, and for flavorful (Intestine Noodle?!) explorations. Today, Li and I want to say a big thanks first though to our friend XiaoRan, for showing us around her home. Next, a big thank you to YOU for joining us again on our 2023 trip to China. Man oh man are we excited to try some new dishes with all of you!!

Please let me know in the comments if you have ever had this dish in YOUR home town! We eat several other things in today's video, but this one turns out to be my favorite (and we have another version next week!)

ZhuHai is an area of Southern China well-known for its beautiful islands, its long coastline and beaches (where it gets the name "Romance City") as well as being one of China's first special economic zones. Because of its unique location though, sandwiched between Macao, and the massive city of Guang Zhou, Zhu Hai is perfectly positioned to be a single place to enjoy all sorts of dishes both traditional and modern, from all of these surrounding parts of China.

On the street, its also nice to have a bit of a quieter setting, as Zhu Hai is city enough that its very developed, but still far enough away from mega-city Guang Zhou that you can still have peace and quiet when searching out local restaurants.
