Sam Fitzgerald began DJing in Tokyo in the early 2010s as a member of DJ unit “Onigiri Discotheque” and hosting monthly resident parties at Aoyama Tunnel with Ondas Records founder Dubby. Through his work with Japanese fashion brand nonnative and its select shop vendor, he produced collaborative projects with diverse artists, labels, and events such as Rush Hour Records, Test Pressing, Mark Seven, Lord Echo, Tornado Wallace, Daniele Baldelli, Melody As Truth, Animals Dancing, Fuji Rock Festival, and Rainbow Disco Club. He is also a frequent DJ at events held by the Mild Bunch Soundsystem Dee Jay team.
