Setup Statement (Karate Chop – repeat 3 times)
“Even though I don’t feel confident right now, and part of me doubts myself, I deeply and completely accept myself.”
Round 1 — Acknowledging the Lack of Confidence
(Tap through the points)
• Eyebrow: I don’t feel confident.
• Side of Eye: I doubt myself.
• Under Eye: I’m afraid of saying or doing the wrong thing.
• Under Nose: I don’t fully trust myself.
• Chin: I feel unsure and tense.
• Collarbone: My body tightens when I think about being confident.
• Under Arm: I hold back instead of showing up.
• Top of Head: All this lack of confidence.
Round 2 — Going Deeper into the Emotional Pattern
(Tap through the points)
• Eyebrow: Something in me learned it wasn’t safe to be confident.
• Side of Eye: Maybe I was judged, criticized, or dismissed.
• Under Eye: My mind keeps replaying old moments.
• Under Nose: I protect myself by shrinking.
• Chin: Even when I know better, I still feel this way.
• Collarbone: This old pattern still runs automatically.
• Under Arm: My nervous system stays on alert.
• Top of Head: Carrying this outdated self-doubt.
Round 3 — Installing Confidence and Safety

• Eyebrow: I choose to feel safe in myself.
• Side of Eye: I allow confidence to grow naturally.
• Under Eye: I don’t need to force it.
• Under Nose: I can trust myself step by step.
• Chin: My body is learning a new response.
• Collarbone: Calm, grounded confidence feels possible.
• Under Arm: I allow myself to be seen and heard.
• Top of Head: I choose confidence, presence, and self-trust.
Closing Breath
Take a slow breath in…
And out.
Let the nervous system settle.
