Here’s what you need to know:
✅ If you were inspected or paroled, you may be eligible to adjust your status without having to leave the U.S.—unless there are extraordinary circumstances.
⚠️ If you were not inspected (entered unlawfully), we can still file an I-130 petition—but under current policies, this may trigger removal proceedings.
