Mughlai eggs or Moghlai eggs does not have any connection with Mughals, but As I said before Surat has egg dishes
which has very strange names like Malaysian fry, Mexican fry, egg mughlai etc. I visited few place for the recipe and all
the places the recipe for egg mughlai is totally different. Will share all other egg mughlai recipe soon till then do enjoy
this recipe.

1 Cheese Cube
2-3 tsp Butter
2 tbsp Oil
1-2 tbsp Green Garlic
1-2 tbsp Fresh Coriander
Garlic Paste
Ginger Green Chilly Paste
Garam Masala
Turmeric Powder
Red Chilly Powder
Black Pepper Powder
Salt
Water
