YUMMY Keto White Chocolate Caramel Slice Recipe! (sugar-free & gluten-free)

In this video I share how I made this INSANELY YUMMY keto white chocolate caramel slice! It is a healthy, sugar-free, refined sugar-free, gluten-free, grain-free, low carb and keto dessert! In this video we bake together and make this yummy treat! I share all of the steps, and my tips and tricks to making the perfect caramel every time!

ELLE'S KETO WHITE CHOCOLATE CARAMEL SLICE INGREDIENTS

Slice base:
170g/6oz almond flour or almond meal
60g/2oz butter
1 egg

Caramel Layer:
250g/8.8oz butter
1 cup cream /pure cream / heavy whipping cream
4 tbsp erythritol/stevia sweetener
2 tbsp Allulose (substitute with more erythritol/stevia sweetener if you can't find this)

Chocolate Coating:
100g/3.5oz White Chocolate (Sugar-Free)
2 tbsp coconut oil
