Finally got to ride The Snowdon Rangers Path Descent, which had been on the radar for a long time.
Due to the voluntary agreement in place regarding Mountain Bikes on Snowdon, we started the push up around 15:30, safety arriving at the summit after the 17:00 time permitted for riding to commence.
We started the descent around 19:00, after the usual photo ops etc at the summit.
The plan was to ride down the Rangers Path, & then through Telegraph Valley, back to Llanberis. The footage is only up until the end of the Rangers Path. Due to a mechanical, after a stupid OTB, I was left stuck in the lowest gear, & my legs can't spin that fast!
In all, what an awesome days riding with the boys, but it was hard work both up & down. The Rangers Path, at its most technical, is a real handful, & shouldn't be underestimated.
Definitely a ride that should be on your list, & one that will get the blood pumping!
