Dodge Neon: No Crank, No Communication

In this video we have a look at a 2005 Dodge Neon that was towed in from another shop with the symptoms of a no crank, no start. It didn't take long to find out that we could not communicate to the PCM. After a quick look at the PCI Bus we find the problem. -Enjoy!
