In this video, I'm sharing my personal leg day workout routine after having both of my hips replaced (right and left). This is what's been working for me as I rebuild strength and stay active in my recovery.
PLEASE NOTE: This is based on my recovery journey and what I have been cleared by my doctor and physical therapist to do. It is always best to check with your doctor or physical therapist before starting any new workout, especially after hip replacements.
