It is autumn and the produce is rolling out of California for points east. Two sections of Pacific Fruit Express eastbounds are about to depart Laramie Yard and you are the engineer of the second train, with a pair of Union Pacific’s massive GE U50s as power for the climb of Sherman Hill’s western slope.
