Jiu Jitsu Training With DAD

Every Saturday and Sunday my daughters will be joining me in our Garage Gym and we will be doing strength and conditioning. Today we did sprints and a little bit of leg strengthening. After they finished their workout dad gets his work done. We all have fights coming up that we need to be ready for.

Nalah is looking to bring home another gold medal 🥇and Nayah is going to take her first BJJ competition. I have my 8th professional boxing fight coming up as well.
