Same Strat as 6:17 time. BUT biggest difference here to note is that you have a 15-20 second buffer after the cutscene to still create the squad cap so going to the plane after the cutscene to trim down overall time. Also getting the Reinforcement spawning gap smaller.

Delete starting units to make WAAAAGH resource recycle so you can pop out units sooner.
Use Wartruckk to get to western crashed plane to get reinforcements and resources, you can boost twice
Build a Tech building and focus on More Dakka and armor for shooter boyz and build 2 generators

now when cutscene triggers you want to Del first 3 units 30 seconds after cutscene happened to spawn the Kill Kans
15 seconds after the spawn immediatedly Del 6 units (3 for kill kans and 3 more to trigger reinforcements) to spawn Looted Tanks
15 seconds after Tanks same deal (Del 3 units for Tanks and 3 more to trigger reinforcements)
Monoliths will go down easy its the necron warriors that take awhile which is what the upgraded shooter boyz are for.
