Welcome to another full floor sanding job, this time including a full set of stairs. We are talking treads, risers, stringers, handrails and posts. A whole lot of hard work in this but it came up beautifully!

A very common timber here in Australia, Tasmanian Oak hardwood sands up great. We took it back to raw getting rid of that orange discolouration and then applied 3 coats of water-based polyurethane varnish in our signature 'Quicksand mix' - products linked below.

Floor size: 75 square metres (hallway, dining, kitchen, pantry, entertainment area, full staircase, 6 seperate steps & handrails)
